And during the low season, the stay time will increase. For example: after living for 30 days, you will have the cost of debt for maintenance and utility costs, which will be reflected in your personal account. After your departure, it will be deducted from the generated income. In regions with low demand, you will be able to live for a whole year, but at the same time you will need to pay for maintenance and utility costs.

The cottage is in your possession, and you can sell it at any time. In order for the new owner to use the entire infrastructure of the DachIpark, he also enters into an agreement with the management company.

The project provides for the principle of a common "boiler" system. The income from all locations will be divided by the number of project participants. Thus, the income will depend on the workload of the locations. You will be connected to the booking module and will be able to see all the figures for downloads and revenues. To date, in projects for renting out similar houses, the owners' income ranges from 55 to 130 thousand rubles per month.

You can enter 7 people (including you) in your personal account. You will have 365 days a year, and you will be able to relax in one or different locations at the same time. For example: You rest in Dachipark Kostroma for 10 days, and your parents rest in Dachipark Altai for 7 days, in total, 17 out of 365 days will be written off in your office.

The overall plan for 5 years is more than 20 locations. We do not limit ourselves in choosing places, and if we find a beautiful location, we can consider additional regions.

The construction process lasts up to 18 months (depending on the location), and immediately after commissioning, leasing begins. During the construction period, you will have the opportunity, without paying for accommodation, to relax in the Crimea and Altai at the locations of our partners. The length of stay will depend on the total number of participants in our project. At this time, thanks to you, we will refine and test our application.

Depending on the location, for the convenience of logistics, we attract partners from manufacturers of modular houses and wall kits. Thus, there will be different types of houses in different locations. Moving between Dachas, you will be able to assess the quality of living in houses of different manufacturers.

The payback period depends on the number of days of your vacation in the country. For example: if you rest 20 days a year, the projected payback will be around 7-8 years. Accordingly, in the case of a longer rest, the payback period will increase. Taking into account the fact that over the past 10 years the cost of renting such housing has increased by 2 times, then with a further trend, it is possible to reduce the payback period.
