Our project provides for a dynamic accommodation system, which, depending on the demand for certain locations, will determine the time of the client's stay. For example, the popular destination Crimea, respectively, in high season will limit the time of stay depending on the number of applications for this direction (up to 14 days). And during the low season, the stay time will increase. For example: after living for 30 days, you will have the cost of debt for maintenance and utility costs, which will be reflected in your personal account. After your departure, it will be deducted from the generated income. In regions with low demand, you will be able to live for a whole year, but at the same time you will need to pay for maintenance and utility costs.
